METHODS OF PRINTING
DIRECT TO GARMENT – Ink printed directly on to the fabric (as with screen printing). This method is only suitable for garments of 80% cotton and above. It is cheaper to print on white than colour garments. Full colour print possible. No minimum quantities required.
TEXTILE VINYL – Suitable for 1 or 2 colour printing. Soft look and feel, printable on many types of fabric, good for strong colour contrast. This method also offers a wider range which includes glitter, fluorescent, sparkle and flock finishes. Coloured garments can work out less expensive in comparison to the Direct to Garment method. No minimum quantities required.
HEAT SEAL TRANSFER – Same advantages as the Textile Vinyl but available in full colour. A slightly longer lead time is required for this method. Minimum quantity of 20 pieces.
